The tech was excellent. However, the AI scheduling was subpar, there was no way to discuss the late arrival time or confirm my request to cancel for late arrival. There is NO option to speak to a person. I would NOT use again for this reason.

David was completely upfront and honest about everything. He offered me the Sears service plan but didn’t try to push it on me when I wasn’t interested. He involved me in the entire process so I knew exactly what he was doing and what my options were. Never met a more desirable repair technician in my life.
