Don Was Great!
Don was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I feel that Sears home services should give maybe a 2-3 hour window the night before the service date. Unless I missed something, all I had was a 9 hour window (8-5) until I got an email day of, with a very small link to provide a more accurate arrival time. I was expecting text updates as well, which I had none.

Dryer repair
