David was excellent in many ways. He was friendly, called ahead to give me an ETA (the only one who did that of the 3 service professionals who came out for this), explained what was wrong with the part that was replaced, and seemed excited about his work.

Tim our tech was great and friendly however the call center agent who is not human made several mistakes one being my address, time of repair, and crazy codes 7 times and none were accepted so I quite entering them. Cause I was so frustrated.
