The technician that showed up was very informative and told me right of the bat, that it might be a soap problem and he was right. I don't remember his name but he was very informative and very thorough. I learned a lot from him. I give him 5 ⭐️ Stars.

The tech got here, assessed the job. And took care of business. He was completed in like 15 minutes. I have no negatives on him, only positive remarks. Very knowledgeable with the oven and I shook his hand and thanks him when he left!!!
