My fridge wasn't getting cold , I scheduled for a tech to come out for repair.My service technician (he was the 5th technician) he was very knowledgeable and experienced ( and the tech to finally get the diagnosis right!).friendly conversation. He explained the process in detail and cleaned up when he was done.

Called me an hour and a half prior to appointment, arrived right at the time he said he would. Nice guy very thorough, we walked through all aspects of the thermostat, furnace, air conditioner and he checked the air conditioner freon units to ensure they were in compliance.
