Cass is an excellent technician. He repaired my mower and it is working fine now. I do have some issues with Sears Home Repair. All three of the parts that were needed to repair my tractor were not in stock at Sears Home repair and had to be ordered from Husqvarna (who made the tractor). This was a Craftsman (brand) Lawn Tractor. How is it that Sears does not even stock the parts to repair its own brand equipment? It took about two months to get my tractor repaired because the parts were not stocked and had to be ordered from Husqvarna. Even then, one of the belts was a generic, not a Husqvarna OEM part. If the parts had been stocked, it would have taken just one day to repair it. I could have had my mower repaired at a local repair shop in a few days and had it back. Granted, that they would have used generic belts, but that probably would have served me well for several more years. I seriously doubt that I will ever use Sears Home Services for any future repairs of Craftsman or Kenmore brand equipment. While your technician was excellent, your company stinks!
