Technician was in my house the first time for less than 20 minutes,he didn,'t have the parts, said he would be back in a couple of days, over a week later I called made another appointment (WHICH THEY LATER CHANGED) different guy came out, installed first part, ( light bulb) said didn't need second part (refund on it) was in my home less than 5minsCharge was$97 for light bulb, $82 for switch(refund) $351 labor LABOR!! and sales tax. Don't look for any repeat business from me

The tech worked hard to replace the compressor. Left about noon. looked like it was freezing as it should. Went to bed early...checked freezer at 2:00 am when I awoke, and freezer compartment was warming up. by 7:00 am, ice had melted and food was thawed. I didn't want to write this review at this point, but I tried calling but no 24 hour number, and no way to reach tech.(The automated phone system wouldn't let me talk to anyone about yesterdays work order and said to call back at vduring regular business hours - (note: opens at 9:00am)..have to set up a new sales call with another fee on line - or wait till they open at 9:00am to follow up on the original order. Hopefully by writing this, someone will review and contact me before 9:00am. On my way out to get some ice so we can try and keep the food cool while we try to cook it and not have to waste it all. Bummer.
