Very friendly and professional. He thought the leak was coming from water supply but it wasn’t. I kept asking what else it could be and he seemed stumped. As he was finishing he said he saw that the freezer drain was blocked by ice. It seemed almost accidental that he discovered that. I’m glad he did but I’m surprised he didn’t say when I asked that the next thing he needed to check on was the freezer drain

Repairman gave me the creeps and smelled of cigarette smoke. Offered minimal solutions to the problem and suggested getting a new wash machine at the Sears.com website. Thought our washer was a Kenmore when it was clearly a Samsung. Would not recommend this person to enter your house.

Both techs that came out were great. This would be a great review if it were just for them . What was not great was the fact that I had to reschedule twice. Once because the estimated time of arrival for my initial visit so far past the four hour window I no longer had time to wait . The second was because of a notice that parts were to arrive later than originally expected and I needed to reschedule. They ended up arriving on the original date that I was told by the first tech. This was after I had rescheduled to accommodate the later delivery. I could not then get my original date and had to push through the weekend. This is now almost two weeks since I scheduled my first visit. Today’s arrival was also well after the four hour arrival time. Fortunately I didn’t have somewhere to be. Again. This is not about the techs. Just your systems to support them. The techs were professional and courteous. Worked quickly and cleanly. Your systems to support the techs are not great.

The repairman entered w/o having on shoe covers. He obtained a pair from his truck seemingly returned with an attitude. He initially told me what he "wasn't" going to do..when I requested he perform a closer diagnosis of the issue. It wasn't until I refused to pay $149 for nothing (no services provided) that he performed diagnostics on the dishwasher. I assisted with reading Serial # , as his attempt to identify it appeared lame. He mentioned he had a customer visit for 4:00. Not my problem! This repairman requires improvement with his Customer service relationship skills.

The repair man was great and fixed my dish washer. Sears as a repair company is horrible. They canceled 4 different appointments after I waited from 7 am to 4 pm for each appointment. It took a month to get my dish washer fixed with all their cancelations. They could never guarantee they would actually come to fix my dish washer each time. I will never use Sears Appliance Repair again.
