It is absolutely ridiculous that customers are not able to speak directly with human person, not a robot!!!!! Since my callback was still within the warranty period for the same issue, the bare minimum was done so as not to waste time on a call for which there would be no additional payment.

Horrible experience!!!!! After the initial service call, Sear's scheduled me 3 additional appointments and the service technician DIDN'T SHOW. Each appointment Sear's give me a window of 7AM - 4PM. The second appointment Sear's was a no call/no show. The third appointment the technician called at 3:40PM stating he wasn't going to make it, because it was to late in the day. The fourth appointment, I received a call stating he wasn't going to make it at 3:44PM, giving me the SAME EXCUSE as the previous appointment (same person). The fifth appointment a technician finally came and fixed the problem. What about my time, 3 days of no shows with a window of 7 - 4PM, totally unacceptable!!!. I tried calling the company to report these situations but only got AI, unable to speak with a human. Time for me to start shopping for another appliance repair company.

don't waste your money. just to walk in your door they charge $149.00, that does not include actually looking at your appliance and confirming a repair is needed. the fee was charged just after a conversation of what could be wrong, not actually looking or inspecting the appliance. This is horrible, the fee to just show up is excessive

This repairman was sent to us through our home warranty company and he was supposed to fix the AC unit bringing the parts that the first person noted when he came out. Instead, I had to wait another 3 or 4 days because he didn’t have what was needed. When my husband recounted what was supposed to happen according to the conversation he had with the first serviceman, he told him, “I don’t mess with other people’s work.” (I don’t know why the first guy wasn’t sent back to us after he diagnosed the issue. He was much more pleasant and was eager to make the repair.) He waited until the last minute to call to say he was on the way. My husband let the man in to check the HVAC unit in the basement. He left out of the house and when came back, he just walked in—no knock, no doorbell use, no calling out to announce he was coming back in the house. He was unpleasant, disrespectful, and lazy. When he finally finished the work, he didn’t check to be sure that what he had done was the fix we needed. I don’t ever want this person back.

Unethical pricing. They wanted to charge me $400 to install a $20 part on a 30" basic gas range. I was told that is the part that usually fails (the igniter). Update: I bought the igniter for under $50 and replaced it in 15 minutes. Basically, 2 screws and 2 wire nuts.

He was polite and very nice however he was unable to fix the problem because he said he could not find the parts and they must be discontinued. We called a different company and they said you can get those parts and they’re coming to repair it next week.

AC service check on July 3, 2024. The service technician has not sent a complete diagnostic report to Choice Warranty and thus no movement can be made on my claim. I paid $75.00 for service call should have be given the diagnostic report. Please sent the complete diagnostic report to Choice Warranty. Not satisfied with service.

Mike was totally clueless and inept. He couldn't find my frig water dispenser nor the ice maker and didn't know how to release the water filter once I told him where it was. Only when I refused to sign the floor damage release did he offer to get the plastic floor protector, which he never mentioned he had, from his truck. After making maybe 3 or 4 trips to his truck he finally brought in his tool bag. Are there any trained and qualified people out there?
