Howard arrived promptly and quickly assessed how to repair an old dryer. He also checked the washer to make sure there were no 'surprise' issues. We appreciated his knowledge and input.

Dennis the technician was excellent. Time window by Sears was too wide (7-4). Narrower window would be appreciated.

Repair man explained what was needed the cost was high took forever to get to the house asked for morning they gave me even6 had to call back could not get a real person that suck. Need to work on getting a live customer service.

A little disappointed. Our technician was nice and did a great job, but when I looked at my dryer I saw that he cracked the top. Nothing was said about it and now I have to try and get a hold of someone
