The technician was a 5 however it took from before Thanksgiving until after Christmas to get my oven fixed. I'm sure I don't even have to say anything about how that affected my holiday. 😭

The technician that came out to fix my dryer was one of the best that I've ever dealt with. Not only did he do an excellent job, he educated me on other things I could do to make my entire system as safe as possible. I really appreciated his advice and professionalism. I highly recommend.

My wife and I can't say enough for what Kevin did for us today. He went above and beyond to help make sure our new refrigerator, that has been a disaster, was up and running so we didn't have to go any longer without it during the holidays.
