A little disappointed. Our technician was nice and did a great job, but when I looked at my dryer I saw that he cracked the top. Nothing was said about it and now I have to try and get a hold of someone

Showed up on time. Found one small problem But said he couldn't diagnose the problem Because he never ran into this before. Quoted 1,200$ repair, So I would decline repair. The two parts he said I might need were about 300.00 online charged me 149.00 I still have a 4 year old fridge that don't work. Repairman needs more experience

Brian was great at the house. Afterwards is a nightmare. Customer service has not responded to multiple requests for fixing the water heater. They said Brian has not turned in paperwork. He has been here twice and they wanted to send a third tech out. It’s been since November 17th and Sears has not emailed about any repair or replacement. The company and service(except for Brian) is a joke and unrealiable.

They couldn’t move my dishwasher out they said and were going to leave. They did wait though for my son in law to come and move the dishwasher. They didn’t unscrew something. They just seemed like they wanted to get out of the job.

DO NOT use this service! My wife and I were scammed out of our money. The technician took our credit card info to order the part and do the repair and never did. He charged us the money and we never heard from him again. It is now a legal matter.

The AI system that routes calls now has consistently mislead the repair people, given them bad information, or bad timing. There’s no way to tell it what you need and my repair keeps getting rescheduled because of it
