I had a problem wit my Kitche Aid refrigerator. It was showing a power outage on the front screen. It took a total of 5 technicians to figure it out . 5 different vists and multiple parts later they goter done. Even though it took longer then expected I am still very happy with the outcome. Each tech showed up on time and was very professional and I only had to pay the original price that I was quoted.
