After 4 months of not having a washer due to the motor being on “Back Order”, Howard has jumped into the thick of this warranty debacle to try to convince the “Offline Department” to get us a new washer when no one else has given our situation the attention it so desperately needs! We can’t thank him enough!

My technician, Charles was very polite, respectful and very nice to work with. Charles is very knowledgeable and knew just how to diagnose my high efficiency washer, resulting in having to replace the pump. Charles ordered the new part and it arrived at my home a few days later. Immediately, I received a text to schedule a technician to come and replace the pump, to complete the job. I was so happy that Charles returned, and he was just as pleasant as the first time, such a kind person. Charles came right in ready to work. Charles replaced the pump, recalibrated the washing cycles and resolved the issue getting my High Efficiency washer working in tip top shape again! Thanks Charles, you are the best! Sincerely, Ms. L. The technician was a 5 however it took from before Thanksgiving until after Christmas to get my oven fixed. I'm sure I don't even have to say anything about how that affected my holiday. 😭
