Joshua was a great tech. He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. This 1 star is not for him but for sears and their loop holes. Turns out I need a new power cord, but since the appliances do not come with them, they will not fix them on service calls. So I paid 150 to have them tell me I need a new cord and I'm on my own from there. This isn't just a plug-in cord. You need to connect the wires. I will not be using sears for service calls ever again. Matter of fact, I probably won'tt be shopping at sears either. I thought I would be in good hands and would have my dishwasher fixed today, but it looks like I have a new project instead. I would have been better off calling a mom and pop shop, but I have had terrible experiences with random contractors lately, so I thought I would take the corporate route this time. Sears.... its a power cord.... it's part of the appliance even if it doesn't come with the appliance. The appliance does not work without it. Not everyone knows how to properly splice wires together.... do better.

Didn’t give estimate just charged for a repair that didn’t work

too expensive. I found the part on Amazon for 16 dollars but i called sears thinking they will do it the day the technician come because that's what person on phone told me that u have all parts in the car but I had to wait a week without dryer for tge part to arrive then wait again for the technician to come. never again sears and I paid 240 dollars for a part Wirth 16 dollars. never I call u again never

Technician was Great! Sear Home Service Is not recommended though. Hard to contact, don’t full fill their obligations, keep promising diagnoses report inn72 and never get it ( requested 4 times now). Customer service is terrible and it always gets routed outside of US . Hard to understand, no urgency or respect for their customers. Will never use again
