He diagnosed the problem quickly and got the repair done quickly as well. He gave us additional information on how tho prevent the problem from happening again.

Mario was very good at his job. He was friendly & diagnosed the problem quickly. He fixed my water softener in a timely manner. If I ever need any repairs in the future, I hope that Mario is sent again. I would highly recommend Mario for any appliance needs. Thank you Sears repair.
