Technician is your only salvation. Sears customer service is awful. Can't talk to humans. You overcharge. You used to be the gold standard. Now sears is a thorn. People are leaving left and right.

Mario did a great job of diagnosing the problem, ordering the replacement part, explaining everything to us, and completing the installation of the new component. Overall he was very professional and courteous. Great experience and we are completely satisfied with the service.
