Steve was on time, courteous, friendly, helpful, and heck, fun to talk to! He quickly solved the problem on my dryer, but was both polite and sociable at the same time. I was extremely impressed with his service!

He came fix it in 10 mins and was done fantastic service love the appliances and appreciate the very next day the were here and my washer was fix couldn't be happier with my service and 10/10 my washer working and it only took like 10 mins thanks you so much

The technician was excellent! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. The communication from sears is completely different story. I received m sage that the technician will be in my house at 8:15 am and he was here after 3 pm. This is ridiculous. No phone to contact someone to find out what is going on. Only phone number to machine. Horrible service.
