Technician was great Costumer service should have called an updated me on time of arrival they said 8am to 5 pm he showed at 445 wasted my whole day waiting for 20 minute service

Guy was great. Fixed it. Lots wrong with the machine. It's junk. I am a former tech myself. He did a great job. My dogs loved him too.
