Calvin was an awesome representative, friendly, careful, and did a great job. He was thorough and we appreciated his explanation of what he was doing. The last person who came, but didn't have what was needed to make repairs to my refrigerator, was very good as well. Very pleased with Sear's service.

Calvin is an excellent technician! Very professional & answered all my questions. Highly recommend! Only disappointment was 6 canceled appts due to delay & backorder of parts! I feel this needs to be investigated & resolved!
