Calvin was great. This is the second time he has come to service our refrigerator and he's personable, professional and thorough. Although I had nothing but trouble with scheduling - "lost" appointments, error messages on the website, stuck in a loop on the toll-free phone number, no answer when I messaged on Facebook - I would recommend Calvin to everyone I know.

The technician diagnosed and repaired my LG washer in twenty minutes. He clearly knew what he was doing. He saved us from needing a new washer. I appreciate anyone who is good at what they do. He was polite and personable as well.
