The repair man was excellent. No parts were needed he fixed a leak in the ice maker by cleaning some calcium from where water enters. The problem is the sears scheduler quoted $139.00 to come diagnose plus parts and repair. I was charged $319.00 for the repair. The repair took a little less than an hour total. 180.00 per hour is very expensive. The repair man was excellent and professional. The sears scheduler needs to be more honest about the cost. Very misleading.

Steve is very respectful. Very knowledgeable and he took care of this week on the stove that was created in the visit of putting the harness on I thank God for Steve he's awesome! I Might add I do like Sears very much and have for 60 something years.

Robert was outstanding and professional. However, 395.00 to repair an $80.00 part was outrageous! We have been dealing with Sears for over 50 years. My sister and I have had rental properties and bought all our appliances from Sears and for our home and we trusted you. We were told $139 service call and now this was outrageously charged. We are not happy.
