The technician was very good. Trying to set up an appointment, however, was very frustrating. My first two appts were cancelled at the last minute by you which meant I wasted two days waiting for the technician to arrive. I also requested an afternoon appt but all the stupid AI would say is 8-5. I used to be able to schedule either a morning or an afternoon appt. It's also very frustrating and almost impossible to reach a real person to talk to

Robert was prompt on time this morning, especially after we had a winter storm the day before and he drove all the way from Kalamazoo. He took his time with our washer to let it run fully through its cycles to make sure it was working properly after installing the part. And he explained to us what had been the problem. Thank you!
