Very helpful, explained what he thought was wrong. Hope it is correct. He was professional, and knowledgeable. I will follow what he told me,,,, I dislike the Ai components of Sear’s appliance repair business…. I would like to be involved in a yearly maitance business. Was thinking Sears, but if I can not communicate with a person , it will not happen
