The technician was excellent! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. The communication from sears is completely different story. I received m sage that the technician will be in my house at 8:15 am and he was here after 3 pm. This is ridiculous. No phone to contact someone to find out what is going on. Only phone number to machine. Horrible service.

Calvin did a great job and finally fixed my microwave. The bad part is It only took 6 months to get it fixed with the new sears warranty that I have to pay a deductible for and get lousy service from. I have had the warranty for 20 years with sears and I have never had such horeible service as I have on a 900.00 microwave. I am rethinking my purchase for this warranty company now!

Calvin was our tech. He was kind, respectful and knew his business. I’d have him back in a heartbeat. Sears service as a company leaves a great deal to be desired. They changed my appointment day without checking with me and I could go on. If I can find any other person or business to deal with for service, you can be sure I will.
