The technician was great. Found the problem quickly. The only reason I am giving a 4 is because my initial notification said he would be at the house by 8:45-9:30. He didn't arrive until closer to 11:30.

Overall rating

Calvin was kind, efficient and fixed our dishwasher with no problem. The only issue is that we were messaged that he would be here around 12:30 but did not arrive until 4:30. We had to be here an entire day waiting.

Calvin was great to work with, but the service was scheduled and placed on my schedule between 8 and 9 am. When that schedule changes, then communication should occur. Had Calvin not been good to work with, you would have received 1 star!

David was great and did a very good job of fixing my mower. My complaint is service charge is way to high. To replace a belt should not cost an arm & a leg.

Technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. I had already ordered the part so he was able to quickly install it. I had scheduled service for two different appliances but was told he could not do both at the same time. Another technician (with a second service call charge) would be coming later the same day for the other appliance. He did however discuss their warranty plan, which in retrospect, would have been a good deal if I had only made one appointment and then made the second appointment once the warranty period had kicked in. Oh well, live and learn.

The technician was great and knowledgeable. The communication with the office was horrible as they did all of this AI stuff and I couldn't talk to a human for 3 days after leaving 4 voicemails. And the technician said I could check prices and let them know if I wanted to move forward. So they closed the job once I paid the inspection fee. I called back and wanted to use them and I talked to a call center, and they said I had to schedule ANOTHER inspection as the initial one was closed. They know my parts and I have a list of them. But I had to wait another week for another inspection, even though they know the problem. And then I have to wait another 1-2 weeks for parts and they will not schedule UNTIL the parts come in. All this time I have no refrigerator or freezer! The policies are not well thought out and everyone has no authority to say "hey, wait a minute and get this person taken care of."
