This is just a ripoff. It’s all AI. There is no human to speak with. They promised that a technician would be here today. At first they provided an ETA, then a window. The guy never showed and never called. I strongly suggest you go somewhere else.

This is more of a review with Sears. I was so very disappointed with their service. First they give you a whole day when they’ll come. Between 8-6 that they expect you to be ready for them. First, they couldn’t repair the first day so that was one day I needed to be in wait for their arrival. When they finally gave me a second date, they changed the date of service with me. My home is an Airbnb and I got the time frame, told my guests, they left and then Sears just leaves a message to say they were going to reschedule and just said come two days later! So my guests didn’t have use of an oven for their whole stay. This meant that I needed to give them a partial refund on their total. The other huge disappointment is that I needed to pay for the entire service of over $500 for a fan blower before they started the job and when I called to ask if they could still please come that day and not reschedule causing another major inconvenience to my guests, and hopefully ask for at least a discount for this huge inconvenience, I was on the phone for 40 minutes trying every possible option and there was absolutely *No live agent* to speak with! Extremely aggravating! Don’t use Sears. They don’t communicate with you like they should. Horrible!

The 2 techs that have worked on the fridge are good, but....yesterday a new "mother board" was installed. STILL DOES NOT WORK. 8 SERVICE CALLS, NEW PARTS AND STILL DOES NOT WORK. PLEASE JUST REPLASE THE FRIDGE!!!

Calvin told us how much the repair was going to be without looking at the fridge. Then he proceeded to look at the fridge and confirmed the price when questioned. It made me uncomfortable as if it was just to get the service fee.

The service was less than ideal. The main complaint is he didn’t put the dishwasher back and secure it. I don’t know how to do that. Now when I’m loading my dishwasher it tips forward as falling over. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE

Jacob did all he could do however, the Thor technician he had to work with did not offer a satisfying answer to my problem. He basically told me to pull the Appliance out and if it continue to do the same thing, then set up an entire new appointment for Jacob or someone like him to come back which further delays fixing my Thor wine cooler. I am very frustrated. I feel like I am being put off for a problem that never should have happened a second time. This is a built-in unit that I purchased. Consequently, I cannot have it sitting out in the middle of my kitchen, even if it works better which I’m sure it will not.. Again, this is not on Jacob, but on the Thor technician he had to call.

I requested a service call for our built-in oven/microwave unit. The technician determined the lower heating element had failed and the appropriate part was ordered. A scheduled date was determined and was told because of the size and weight of the unit 2 people would be required. Over a 2 week period the service company changed my appointment 3 times. I was told that a service technician would arrive between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Which means that I had to sit and wait for 3 days, with the only communication being the mobile app that simply said a technician was coming. Not until the 3rd day at 5:30 did a technician arrive. The technician arrived alone and said that the second person would not be coming because he was booked elsewhere. To get the job done without enduring another date change I agreed to help. What did I learn? 1) The customer service is a joke. The people answering the phone can hardly be understood and continually try to sell additional services. 2) The overall scheduling process is very weak. 3) The technician although knowledgeable enough was completely unprepared. 4) my rating for service is UNACCEPTABLE.
