I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is the worst experience we have ever had with a company. We have the sears home warranty, our dishwasher stopped draining and someone came out to look at it. They had to order a part so they wouldn’t be back for several weeks. That appointment came and no one showed up. We stayed home all day because the window was from 8 AM to 5 PM but no one came and no one let us know they weren’t going to be coming. We rescheduled, had to wait another several weeks, once again, the technician did not show up and no one called to let us know they were not coming. I have been trying to reschedule for over a week and I haven’t been able to over the phone or online. I’ve lost count of how many people I’ve talked to or how many times I’ve been transferred since this saga began, but it’s well over 15. I’ve been promised by three different call center people that someone from the local dispatch office will call me to reschedule and no one has called me.

UPDATE: We contacted BBB after our bank was unable to dispute the transaction and suggested getting a lawyer. It took a good month and a half but we did get resolution and a refund. First guy was a bust. He charged us 189 for diagnosis and cleaning. Found a sock in the drain and ran off. No cleaning and 2 months later we had the same problem. Had to call for return visit. The scheduler was impossible. She wanted to sell me a plan and sell me a dryer cleaning so badly that she missed all three times I gave her MY phone number. We waited 2 wks for nothing. On my way home to meet the tech, our appt was canceled! No call from anyone all day just canceled and rescheduled 5 days out. Oh well! I tried and tried to call and talk to someone. I finally had to trick them to answer. I asked to sign up for the home warranty program and made them transfer me to a person. That took 2 tries. I canceled our rescheduled appt and had them issue a refund request. I'll be watching for that closely or I'll dispute the charge. In that effort, I discovered they pre charged us for labor and parts and then!...Ordered the part on our retained credit card separately! This company is a scam. RUN, don't walk, somewhere else!

They never arrived on the day that the appointment was made the day that I set aside the 8 hour window that they give you. The system just said the appointment was confirmed. (evidently not with the technician). The next day a truck pulls into the driveway and the technician did't even get out the truck. He stayed a few minutes and left. I checked my phone to see that someone had called and not left a mesage. I call and the techs message was that he is unavailable.
