Sears sent a technician out to fix my Samsung Fridge. The technician fixed it and under 1 1/2 months later it is doing the same thing. I cannot talk to anyone to try to resolve this. An AI comes on and cannot find my repair. This is crazy. I paid $450 for the repair. Ridiculous!

Kenmore washer. Technician replaced a part but it did not fix the problem of the spin cycle working intermittently. Have to try different spin cycles and hope one of them will work. How do we get this fixed? Do I have to submit a new repair request and pay another $100.00 deductible? How do I talk to a real person, not some AI robot, about getting this fixed? Technician was very cordial. No complaints about the technician.

Kenmore refrigerator has been the worst product I have ever purchased. 6 visits for repair it took to get it fixed. 6 months without it working. Sears Home Service has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.

Be ware. This company will rob you. They showed up, demanded money upfront $1,226.00 for parts to fix a fridge. Said they would return in 5 days with parts to fix the fridge. Never showed up and said the parts are on back order, ive waited over a month now. Ive since called a different company they came and fixed the issue within 2 hours. No parts were needed. Ive tried to reach out to them several times but can never get through their A.I. answering service. So I’ve maid another appointment to get a live person on the phone. They were very sympathetic and said it was unfair what they did to me. And told me to call a different number to bypass the A.I. system. But the same answering service still prevents you from talking to a live person. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! They will screw you over and keep you waiting for months
