Dead refrigerator/bottom freezer compressor
A+++. Don K. was on time, explained what he was going to do, explained the diagnosis and the needed compressor replacement. (I guessed it was the compressor when I called for the service call.) Don clearly explained everything he did. He was friendly, respectful, helpful, worked the entire time he was here. It was very clear to me that he knew everything needed to repair the refrig/freezer back to good working condition. My husband and I are satisfied with the repair cost, also. I am very satisfied with the entire process of making the appointment by phone on Friday and the subsequent repair appointment. Excellent rating to all involved in solving the problem.

All your techs are excellent
The Sears techs are outstanding which is why we've used Sears service for years. HOWEVER : your A&E call/email service is awful! The foreign people answering the phone are difficult to understand, they don't give proper directions of what to do when parts come in and toncall back to set up a new appoint for the actual repair and they dont provide the correct date. We were told our tech was supposed to come back out yesterday from 1p-5p but this service messed up and scheduled the tech today. I repaired my own washer yesterday. Ditch this call service immediately or you are going to go out of business. Again, the techs are outstanding - its the service setting up the appointments that need to be fired.
