Excellent Service
Dan was very knowledgeable and professional. He instructed me on what I can do moving forward on preventative maintenance. I teuly enjoyed my experience with Dan. I have to say however tgat the previous tech Mark was not a good experience. He initially came out to evaluate the dyer and he was borderline rude. If I were to rate my experience based on him, I would never use your services. Dan turned my opinion around and now I will think about using your company again due to having other appliance issues.

Long wait
Scheduling needs improvement. I waited all day to finally getting the message at 3:30 that tech was on the way. Problem was he was 40 miles away and it took him 90 minutes driving during rush hour to get to my home at 5:00. It took him less than an hour to replace the part. My whole day was wasted with all the waiting.
