I have no quarrel with the repair work. Levi was prompt, efficient, professional. My complaint is with Sears. As a Protection Agreement customer of many years the "scheduling service has been getting progressively worse. My repair request was in June, however was rescheduled at last minute several times for no reason. After many attempts to reach a human, someone agreed to forward my request to speak to someone of authority however the "district manager" never called me back. I have contracts for appliances in two states and will give some serious thought later this year as to renewing them.
