He is a very knowledgeable and well spoken technician. He quickly figured out what needed to be done to repair my appliance. Thank you for being on the job during the holiday season and working a long day to fit in my appointment. I am glad Sears has such great techs like him on the job!

The technicians were awesome after coming to my residence on 3 different occasions for the same issue that still hasn’t been resolved. The issue is with the service provider not the technicians…
