While we declined the repair and decided to just buy a new washing machine, I could not have been more satisified with the service. I was given constant updates on the status of my appointment, and the technician arrived exactly at the predicted time. He diagnosed the issue, gave me a price, and did not try any hardsell to get me to accept the job. I wish all repair techs were "this guy." Super nice man who obviously works the job like a true professional. Nicest guy you'll ever meet, too.
