My final technician was great but he was my 3rd technician…he had to come out twice so all together there were 3 techs 5 visits and a video conference…on top of that my appointments were scheduled for a 8 hour window and changed twice 30 mins before the end of the window…but my final technician got the appliance fixed

I asked him to turn off the clicking noise the refrigerator was making and he said it can’t be done but I know the past technician turned off the clicking noise and I was able to still get water from the refrigerator without the clicking noise. He was too in a rush because he said someone else was waiting for him.

Technician was extremely nice, but problem was not solved. Technician’s exercising of machine did not recreate the leak that was being experienced. After technician left, leak re-occurred with washing of 1st load.

The appliance is fixed but the tech had an attitude when we asked questions and raised his voice. Do not send him back to our home. His customer service could have been better.

An experienced technician should have told me that they donot carry certain parts, especially after I told him that a technician had told me that the evaporator was gone. The real Sears would never did that , I donot recommend calling Sears.

I have been waiting for this appointment for over 5 months and again the guy turned up when I was not there. I have explained that I am unavailable u til a Friday or Saturday. Please rearrange another appointment and I will arrange for off work. Preferably a Fri, Sat or a Monday. I have not used this dishwasher once since I moved I. July this year.
