Contacted Sears, they sent a tech out to my house asap. He found the problem, ordered the part, and came right back out to install it. Very professional tech, very prompt service. I really appreciate Sears Appliance Repair!

Teamim is the best technician I’ve had thus far. He is very professional and courteous. And he wore shoe covers without me asking. An excellent repair Technician. My clothes dryer works 400% better. New barrel bearings, belt and pulley.

Simply amazing service, I can't express my satisfaction enough. Solomon was transparent, thorough and competent. All the HVAC unit needed was a new capacitor, he replaced that, no upcharging, showed the damaged part in the end and was done. In recent past I have never seen any technician not upcharging so this was a very nice surprise.
