Hung the technician came out and took the time to thoroughly diagnose why my air conditioner isn’t cooling the home. He checked the outside condenser for refrigerant as well as the inside unit. He took pictures of ice that was on the pipe leading to the inside unit and determined that the evaporator coil has a leak. I was impressed with his service and look forward to his return to install a new evaporator coil so that my system will cool.
