The technician was on time and replaced the pump in the dishwasher. had been here before and diagnosed that that was the problem. He got it replaced quickly, cleaned up behind himself.He was done in no time, and the dishwasher works just fine.

Service agent was very efficient and upfront explaining why he could not repair our refrigerator, the part is not available. Purchased the refrigerator in 2022 do not understand why parts are not available after 3 years!

Nasser and Jim demonstrated professionalism and outstanding service. They were very respectful of my home and wore foot covers upon entry without being asked to, They promptly cleaned up the area when the repair of my microwave was complete. - good job!
