The HVAC technician was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable of the problem. He also addressed two other concerns I had, and he took care of one and sent the other request to his supervisors to get authorization to perform the job.

Nasser was very competent in the knowledge of fixing our microwave. He explained everything clearly in our asking questions. Nasser had a good demeanor, pleasant, and humorous relationship with us. He is the BEST.

The technicians were superior and very knowledgeable. My disappointment is with the all day availability instead of a shorter arrival window. On my first appointment date no one showed up. 30 minutes after the end of the arrival window I received an email that the visit would need to be rescheduled. I had waited ALL DAY for your technician and then to be rescheduled at the last minute was completely UNACCEPTABLE. To add insult to injury the technician arrived around 1:40pm on the rescheduled date. Any customer who is cancelled by Sears should be rescheduled to the first thing in the morning not 1:40 in the afternoon. That I would consider great customer service and showing consideration for other people's time.

Cedric is the real deal. Last year, it took Sears 6 months to repair my fridge, which was beyond frustrating. This year, Cedric was assigned to my repair request, and my fridge was back up and running in about 2 weeks. He is professional and on point.

Technician Elon checked out the performance of the dryer. He found it to be functioning correctly. He refused to do a PM while he was here because he said he had a ‘repair’ order not a PM order. That’s not logical. Something was causing the dryer to squeak. A PM could have prevented it from happening.
