I am so excited of my experience for my clothes dryer repair. The technician Jason, was extremely knowledgeable of his work. He was pleasant, on time and kept me informed of what was needed and took the time to show us a better way to use our machine. I highly recommend this company and technician.

I scheduled a general riding lawnmower tune-up to replace standard air filter, change oil and gas filters, spark plugss and mower blades. I did this online and received an estimate of $169, plus parts. When the repairman showed up and on-time, he was very professional and thorough. He said he had to do an estimate for the job and I agreed. When done, he informed me that with the cost of the estimate ($139) the total job would be approx. $675!!! Are you kidding. I declined the service but still had to pay for the estimate. This is a rip-off by SEARS. Where in the world would parts escalate the estimated price from $169 to over $675? Be warned that this is tantamount to fraudulent advertising. I plan to file complaints with SEARS and to the Maryland Attorney General's Office for Consumer Affairs. This is not the repairman's fault, this is corporate policy. The repairman was great and I applaud his professionalism. So I give him five stars.

The Technician, Jason, was very polite, attentive and knowledgeable. He was very careful not to scratch my new Luxury Vinyl flooring and I thank him for that. He checked all the settings in the stoveβs panel before leaving. Outstanding service. πππ
