The Technician, Jason, was very polite, attentive and knowledgeable. He was very careful not to scratch my new Luxury Vinyl flooring and I thank him for that. He checked all the settings in the stove’s panel before leaving. Outstanding service. 👏👏👏

The gentleman was very professional, efficient, and polite. There were scheduling issues that delayed the repair but that was no fault of Sears or the technician. Once he got to the house he was finished in no time.
