The gentleman was very professional, efficient, and polite. There were scheduling issues that delayed the repair but that was no fault of Sears or the technician. Once he got to the house he was finished in no time.

The technician who assisted me (Cedric) was probably the most knowledgeable and professional appliance tech I have ever dealt with. He identified the issue quickly, applied the solution, and solved the issue. He was punctual, communicated with me all the time when he was on his way and did not make me wait. What else can you ask for?
