Sear Technician Mohamed I appointment was totally horrible. Customer service skills unsatisfactory. Attitude very unprofessional. Showed up late outside of the scheduled window with no apology. Behavior and unnecessary remarks warranted a quick dismissal. Definitely doe not represent the Sears brand. Not welcome to do any future repairs.
