Cedric was awesome. He diagnosed the problems quickly and communicated with me as I asked plenty of dumb questions. And my issues are fixed. Only issue is sears 9 hour window. Can we get a morning or afternoon window please?

While Farmarz was not able to solve my problem, he was professional and honest. I appreciate that. Whomever runs scheduling does a terrible job. I was given a 4 hour window, 7 to 11am, but folks didn’t show up until almost 1 o’clock. Technician did what he could, problem continues, working with manufacturer
