MONTHS without working fridge & freezer. Promises made and not kept. NO MORE. Service was awful. 4 visits over months &still needed a new part. BS. I'm canceling out warranty, and any charges. Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT'S NON- EXISTANT. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SEATS/KENMORE. CAN'T even get someone on phone. Pitiful.

Paul did a great job finding the leak and looking for parts to fix the problem but found out that the parts are not available anymore.

Paul and Paul, Gould not fix washer because part obsolete, but they did a good troubleshooting of it.
