Barry was wonderful to work with. He was very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it addressed in no time. He also noticed one of the refrigerator lights was flickering and replaced it as well.

No phone call before arriving. Arrived at 730, half hour before 8-12 window. Replaced belt which I suggested as washer was making a belt noise. Was gone in 20 minutes.

They're okay when they show up and when the bring the right tools. The AI thing they use for appointments is awful.

I am not to happy that the previous Thermostat only lasted 5 monts....this is becoming an expensive exercise
