Mike arrived early. Knew exactly what the problem was & fixed it within 10 minutes. Excellent technician. Only issue was that his dispatch order did not tell him to call before arrival. I explicitly told the BOT, when it asked if I had any instructions to add, that I needed a call before arriving. However, Mike, did not approach our house, seeing our door closed, and called me. I then & came home and met him. Very considerate.
