From start to finish this experience has been painless.Jason the technician arrived on the set scheduled time. He was very professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes of being here. He advised us of the repair cost. When we asked if the unit was worth repairing he then advised that we should put our money on a new dishwasher. TALK ABOUT HONESTY!!! You don't see that anymore. GREAT JOB SEARS!!!
