Richard was terrific: timely, polite, efficient. He explained what is exactly nonfunctional on my freezer and the steps for rectifying the problem. In my case, I had a master service plan. As the parts and even the refrigerator are no longer made, qualified to get full replacement value of the refrigerator. So at the time he left, There was a plan in place to replace the refrigerator, And there was no charge for the visit. I rank Richard as a five out of five stars. My only problem was in getting this appointment to begin with. The system in place with Sears most difficult to navigate, And after six appointments, I finally had my visit. Prior to today, each appointment date was postponed by Sears On the day of the appointment. I spent a lot of time waiting for appointments, and time on the day of the appointment, making sure I was home. So that process was completely frustrating. The virtual system to set up the appointments is flawed, And there should be an option to speak to a human being in special circumstances. I would give that system only a two out of five.
