Mike was very detailed & thorough with the issue I had with my washer. He fixed it quickly & explained what was wrong & how to prevent the issue in the future as much as I can. He was very friendly & gave excellent customer service.

From start to finish this experience has been painless.Jason the technician arrived on the set scheduled time. He was very professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes of being here. He advised us of the repair cost. When we asked if the unit was worth repairing he then advised that we should put our money on a new dishwasher. TALK ABOUT HONESTY!!! You don't see that anymore. GREAT JOB SEARS!!!

The only time a technician has ever come early to a nebulous 8-5 service window has been this gentleman. He was early, quick, professional and very good at what he does. Cannot recommend highly enough.
