Had a problem locating the part in the truck, was not organized. Did not like that he did take the old part or the empty box, even after I mention it to him ,never had that happen before.

Despite having 2 home trips by Mike, he never explained that an additional 50 charge would be needed to remove the broken glass. I already paid a 50 charge to have you schedule the visit. I have been one month without an oven.

Very poor customer service. Scheduled for work on my washer. The tech that came out was very nice and ordered the part that I needed to fix it and the schedule a date for the repair. I had to pay up front for the part and the labor cost for the repair which I was fine with. It was a lot of money up front. Then the day of service came. And I made sure I was home all day waiting to the technicians to come for the repair. Around 2 pm in the afternoon after not being able to leave my house all day because I was waiting for this repair, I got a text message that my service appointment was rescheduled. I tried to call and speak with someone but had a very hard time getting an actual human. When I finally got a hold of someone she apologized for the inconvenience and said she was going to reach out to someone about the problem and then someone would give me a call back within the hour. No one ever called me back. And now I have to figure out what I’m going to do about this rescheduled appointment. They didn’t ask me when I wanted it rescheduled for that just rescheduled it for a day that worked for them. I don’t really want to take off work but I’ve been without a washer for over 2 weeks now and I don’t want to delay the repair any longer. But I can’t justify taking a whole day off work for this, especially when I’m afraid they will just do the same thing again and I will have taken a day off work for no reason if they cancel again last minute
