The Sears repair technician arrived right on time and was very professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and quickly diagnosed and fixed my dryer. Your technician scheduled to come here today has been nothing but unreliable unworthy and unprofessional we have had appointments scheduled the last three Thursdays and no one has showed up. This is unprofessional. Unacceptable and I will be writing channel 9 channel 5, and channel 7 news to report Sears accountability for what we have endured the last eight weeks for them coming here to supposedly repair our refrigerator with no absolute results. I am canceling my contract with you. I do not want to ever deal with you again in life and if I have anything to do with it, no one else will either read it.
